ျပည္တြင္းသတင္းအမွတ္ (၁)။

ဘို ကေလးျမိဳ ့နယ္တြင္ မုန္တိုင္းေဘးဒဏ္ခံရသူမ်ားအတြက္ ကယ္ဆယ္ေရးခ်ထားေပးေသာ အိမ္ေခါင္မိုး သြပ္မ်ားကို ၾကံ ့ဖြတ္အဖြဲ ့၀င္မ်ားမွ အျပင္ကို ခိုးေရာင္းႀကပါတယ္။ ခိုးေရာင္းျပီး ရရွိလာေသာ ေငြအား
၄င္းတို ့ အခ်င္းခ်င္း အေ၀မတဲ့ ျဖစ္ကာ ခိုးေရာင္းမွဳမ်ား လူသိရွင္ႀကား ေပၚကုန္ပါတယ္။

ျဖစ္ပြားမွဳမွာ က်န္ခဲ့သည့္ ေမလ (၁၀) ရက္ေန ့က ႀကံ ့ဖြတ္မ်ားအား အဆိုပါ ကယ္ဆယ္ေရးပစၥည္းမ်ားအား ကုန္သြယ္လယ္ယာ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားလက္ထဲသို ့ လွ ြဲေျပာင္းအပ္ရန္ နအဖ၀န္ႀကီးခ်ဴပ္ သိန္းစိန္က အမိန္ ့ေပးခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဘိုကေလးကေန သိန္းစိန္ျပန္သြားျပီေနာက္မွာ ကုန္သြယ္လယ္ယာ၀န္ထမ္းေတြက ႀကံ ့ဖြတ္ေတြကို လႊဲ တဲ့ေနရာမွာ ပစၥည္းေတြထားတဲ့ ဂိုေထာင္ ေသာ ့ ကို အပ္ခိုင္းပါတယ္။ ဒီအတြက္ ႀကံ ့ဖြတ္မ်ားနဲ ့ ကုန္သြယ္လယ္ယာ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား ျပသနာတက္ႀကပါတယ္။ ကုန္သြယ္ လယ္ ယာ က ၀န္ထမ္းေတြ က ဒီအတိုင္း လက္ မခံ ဘူး။ စာရင္းနဲ ့ အတိ အက် အပ္ ပါ လည္းဆိုေရာ စာရင္းေတြ ကြာေနတာေတြ ့ရျပီး၊ အဆိုပါ သြပ္ခိုးေရာင္းတဲ့ ၾကံံ့ဖြတ္ေတြ ရဲနဲ ့တိုင္လို ့ အျဖစ္အပ်က္က လူသိထင္ရွားျဖစ္ကုန္ျပီး ႀကံ ့ဖြတ္ေတြကို အခ်ဳပ္ထဲမွာ ဖမ္းထည့္ထားေႀကာင္း သိရွိရပါတယ္။

1) Many USDA members (civilian wing of ruling military junta) from Bogalay Township (one of the most affected townships) were arrested for selling Zinc sheets intended for cyclone victims. This case of uncovered when Prime Minister (General Thein Sein) ordered the USDA members to transfer goods donated from abroad to another government corporation and the staffs from that corporation found out the theft.

ျပည္တြင္းသတင္းအမွတ္ (၂)။

မေန ့ က ဘို က ေလး ျမိဳ ့နယ္၊ နယ္ အ၀င္ ရဲ ကင္း မွာ ရဲ ၀န္ထမ္း သက္ သာ ဆို ျပီ ဆန္တစ္ျပည္ ကို ၆၀၀ နဲ ့ ဦးရာ လူစနစ္ နဲ ့ေရာင္းခ်ေႀကာင္း သိရွိရပါတယ္။ ႏိုင္ငံတကာမွ လွဴဒါန္းေသာ မုန္တိုင္းေဘးဒဏ္ခံရသူမ်ားအတြက္ အလွဴပစၥည္းနဲ ့ ဆန္မ်ားကို နအဖမွ ရဲေတြအတြက္ စည္းရုံးေရးအေနနဲ ့ အလွ ြဲသုံးစားျပဳျပီး ေရာင္းခ်ေပးတာလို ့ သိရွိရပါတယ္။

2) Some police officers from police outpost near Bogalay Township (one of the most affected townships) were also selling rice intended for the victims at 600 kyats per 8 condensed-milk cans. It is also known that the military junta permitted the police to sell the rice.

ျပည္တြင္းသတင္းအမွတ္ (၃)။

ဘိုကေလးျမဳိ ့မွ မုန္တိုင္းဒုကၡသည္ေတြ မအူပင္ျမဳိ ့ဘက္ကို ေျပာင္းတာ ၅၀၀၀ ခန္ ့ ေလာက္ ရွိပါတယ္။ သို ့ေသာ္ ထိုေျပာင္းေရွ ြ ့လာသူ မုန္တိုင္းဒုကၡသည္ေတြကို နအဖရဲ ့ယာယီကယ္ဆယ္ေရးစခန္းေတြထဲ ေပးမ၀င္ဘဲ
ႏွင္ထုတ္ပစ္တယ္လို ့သိရပါတယ္။ ကယ္ ဆယ္ေရးစခန္း ၄ ခုက ေန ႏွင္ထုတ္တာျဖစ္ျပီး၊ ယေန ့အထိ အဆိုပါဒုကၡေရာက္ေနသူမ်ားကို မအူပင္ျမဳိ ့အတြင္းသို ့ပင္ ေပးမ၀င္ေတာ့ေႀကာင္း သိရွိရပါတယ္။

3) About 5000 cyclone victims from Bogalay Township (one of the most affected townships) who are moving to nearby Maupin Township were not allowed to enter four relief centres and peoples who arrived later were not allowed to even enter the township.

ျပည္တြင္းသတင္းအမွတ္ (၄)။

မုန္တိုင္းဒဏ္ေႀကာင့္ ဘိုကေလးျမဳိ ့နယ္ရွိ ရြာ ေပါင္ း က ၂၀ ေက်ာ္ လံုး၀ေပ်ာက္သြားေႀကာင္း သိရွိရပါတယ္။ ေပ်ာက္ဆုံးသြားေသာ ရြာ နာမည္ေတြမွာ ကမာကဆစ္၊ အမာ၊ ကသေပါင္း၊ ကသမွ်င္၊ ေလယဥ္ကြင္း၊ ပ်ဥ္စလူ၊ ကဒံုကနီ၊ ဧရာ နဲ ့ အျခားေသာ အနီးအနားရွိရြာမ်ားျဖစ္တယ္လို ့ သိရွိရပါတယ္။ ထို ့အျပင္ ငါး ဖမ္း စက္ေလွ ၂၅ စီးခန္ ့ ေရျမဳပ္ကုန္ေႀကာင္းလည္း သိရွိရပါတယ္။

မုန္တိုင္းေဘးသင့္ရြာမ်ားတြင္ တစ္ရြာ လံုးမွာ လူ ၅ ေယက္ ၇ ေယာက္ အသက္ရွင္တဲ့သူသာ ရွိေႀကာင္း သိရွိရပါတယ္။ နအဖမွ အဆိုပါေဒသမ်ားတြင္ ႏိုင္ငံတကာမွ ကယ္ဆယ္ေရးပစၥည္မ်ားကို လက္ခံထားေသာ္လည္း ယေန ့ အထိ ဒုကၡသည္မ်ားကို ဆန္ႏို ့ ဆီ ဘူး ၂ လံုးသာ ေ၀ေပးမွဳရွိေႀကာင္း သိရွိရပါတယ္။

4) About 20 villages from Bogalay Township (one of the most affected townships) were completely destroyed. They were Kamakasit, Ahmar, Kathabaung, Kathamyin, Layyinquin, Puinsalu, Kadonkani, Ayar and some villages near these villages. Usually only about 6 or 7 peoples were alive in each village and these peoples only receive about 2 condensed-milk-cans of rice so far although a large amount of donated foods and goods were received. Moreover about 25 fishing boats were also lost.

နအဖရဲ ့ယာယီကယ္ဆယ္ေရးစခန္းမ်ားထဲသို ့ မုန္တိုင္းဒဏ္ခံရသူ ဒုကၡသည္တိုင္း ၀င္ခြင့္မရေႀကာင္း သိရွိရပါတယ္။ ဒုကၡသည္ဟု သတ္မွတ္ျခင္းခံရမွာသာ ၀င္ေရာက္ခြင့္ရွိပါတယ္။ နအဖက ထိုသူေတြကို ဒုကၡသည္ လို ့ သတ္မွတ္တဲ့ ေနရာတြင္ မိမိတို ့ မုန္တိုင္းဒဏ္ခံရေသာေနရာေလးမ်ားတြင္ တဲေလးမ်ားျပန္ထိုးကာ ေနေနႀကသူမ်ားကို မုန္တိုင္းေဘးဒုကၡသည္မ်ားဟု မသတ္မွတ္ဘံ လုံး၀အကူအညီမေပးေႀကာင္း သိရွိရပါတယ္။

မုန္တိုင္းတိုက္ျပီးေနာက္ပိုင္းတြင္ ဘိုကေလးျမဳိ ့နယ္တြင္ ၉၀ % ခန္ ့အပ်က္အစီးမ်ားပါတယ္။
ဘိုကေလးျမိဳ ့ေပၚက အိမ္ေျမေနရာက်န္တဲ့ သူေတြမ်ားက ေတာ ့ ဘုန္း ၾကီးေက်ာင္းေတြ စာသင္ေက်ာင္ေတြမွာ သြားမေနၾကဘဲ ကိုယ္ရဲ ့ အိမ္ေျမေနရာ ေလးမွာဘဲ တဲမ်ားထိုးကာ ေနေနၾကတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ထိုသူေတြကို နအဖက မုန္တိုင္းဒုကၡသည္အျဖစ္ မသက္မွတ္ျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ စာသင္ေက်ာင္းမ်ားတြင္ ေ၀းလံေသာ မုန္တိုင္းသင့္ရြာမ်ားမွ တက္လာေသာ ဒုကၡသည္ေတြ နဲ့ ျပည္ ့ညွပ္သပ္ေနပါတယ္။ နအဖက အကူအညီကို မေပးသေလာက္ပါ။ ထို ့အျပင္ မုန္တိုင္းဒဏ္ေႀကာင့္ စိတ္ကေယာင္ေခ်ာက္ျခားျဖစ္ကာ ရူးသြပ္သြားသူမ်ားရွိေနေသာ္လည္း နအဖမွ ေဆး၀ါးကုသေပးျခင္း အလွ်င္းမရွိေႀကာင္း သိရွိရပါတယ္။

5) The junta only recognise as cyclone victims those who are already in the relief camps and only they receive small amount of donated goods. Those who are living in makeshift huts in their own plots are not recognised as victims and they do not receive anything although they similarly lost everything in the cyclone. Many peoples suffering from psychological trauma (and are in acute psychotic condition) are seen and no treatment whatsoever is given to them.
